2. Product Condition Classification

We sell LEGO products in the following conditions:

a) New / Sealed Sets

• These sets are factory sealed, unopened, and unused.

• Contents are complete as originally packaged by the manufacturer.

• Boxes may show minor shelf or storage wear, which does not affect the contents.

b) Used / Second-Hand Sets

• These sets have been previously owned or opened.

• Pieces are checked for completeness to the best of our ability unless stated otherwise.

• Instructions and boxes may or may not be included and this will be clearly stated in the product description.

• Minor signs of use (light scratches, slight discoloration, normal wear) may be present.

3. Sealed Set Exception

Any LEGO set listed as “New” or “Sealed” is not considered second-hand, even if sourced from a private collection or secondary market, as long as the original factory seal is intact.

Once a seal is broken, the product is automatically classified as used, regardless of whether it was assembled or not.

4. Product Descriptions

• We aim to provide accurate and honest descriptions of all products.

• Photos may be representative unless stated otherwise.

• Please read the full product description before purchasing.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Sealed sets may only be returned if they remain unopened and in original condition.

• Used or second-hand sets can only be returned if they do not match the description provided.

• Return requests must be submitted within the stated return period.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Minor cosmetic box damage

• LEGO manufacturing defects

• Missing pieces in sealed sets (manufacturer responsibility)
